Avocado Hummus

Ingredients :

  1. 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
  2. 1 medium size ripe avocado
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 1 table spoon olive oil
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. A pinch of black pepper
  7. 1 table spoon tahini paste
  8. Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

Add everything but the avocado to the blender and blend in to a smooth paste. It takes a few minutes only .

Now add the avocado and blend again, till everything is well mixed and no pieces remain.

Enjoy with chips or wraps.
